Verdemar III Sea View Apartments, Sleeps 4-6, Air Conditioning, Swimming Pool, Heated Indoor Pool and Fitness Gym.This newly-built holiday apartment is first in line to the Playa Honda wide sandy beach within a short distance of La Manga, and approximately 5 minutes drive to the famous La Manga Club golf course.The holiday complex has secure video link entrance, offers relaxation areas with palm trees in a landscaped garden, open air swimming pool, heated indoor pool, gym and children's play area, and is in easy walking distance of a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. It's ideally situated for touring the region's historic sites, and also offers nearby activities that include water sports, golf, go-karting, horse riding and tennis.The accommodation is well equipped with air-conditioning and furnished to a very high standard. It sleeps 4- 6 people and comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a loungediner with sofa bed, a bathroom and fitted kitchen. There is a good sized sunbathing terrace with fabulous views overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.All towels and bed linen are provided within the price and should you require cots, highchairs or rollaway beds, these are available for hire from our English contact who will also be available 24 hours a day in case of any emergency. You will also find a welcome pack on your arrival.The stunning sandy beach is within steps from the apartment with a beach bar close by. A promende runs the length of the beach for those wishing to take a gentle stroll. There is a water sports complex just 200 yards along the beach, offering a host of activities, including water-skiing, jet-skiing and wind surfing.This resort is ideal for families and golfers alike, located just 7 minutes from the famous La Manga Country Club which includes 3 golf courses - 17 tennis courts - bowling green and of course the famous HYATT Hotel with restaurants, bars and Casino Night Club.In Playa Honda there are three barrestaurants, a well equipped supermarket, a baker providing fresh daily bread, a pharmacy and a childrens park. All of these are within a short walk from the apartment.In addition this area offers fabulous cycling, quad bikes, fishing, tennis, go-karting and horse riding to name but a few.

Transportation - La Manga Apartments Playa Honda
On leaving San Javier Airport go straight ahead at the roundabout and follow the BLUE signs for Cartagena and La Manga del Mar Menor (Autovia AP-7). You will then reach a second roundabout and need to go straight on and under the motorway. Turn left at the next roundabout and join the motorway heading south to Cartagena. Continue on this road until you reach the turning for the MU312 sign posted to La Manga and Cabo de Palos MU 312 . Take this junction and continue to follow the signs to La Manga. . Continue on the MU312 sign posted to La Manga for about 20minutes. Take Salida 13 to Playa Honda. Go up the strip round and to the bridge at the top where you will turn left and go over the motorway on the bridge.The slip road will lead you back to ground level and you need to turn LEFT at the T junction.Proceed along the straight road with the motorway on your right hand side.Take the first turning on the left by the GEAZER sales office. Drive all the way down and follow the one way system around to the left, then go straight on at the CAFÉ BAR BRAMBLES towards Verde Mar III. The apartment block is the last on the left. (see picture below).
